Apex Athletics ApS, also referred to as “Apex Athletics”, “We, or “Our”, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. We protect the privacy of our customers and users of our products that communicate with us through our website, social media platforms, email, or other communication channels.

Apex Athletics only collects personal data that is used for a business purpose and is in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Legislation. We may also collect data based upon your purchases, payment transactions, subscriptions, gender, training program, competition information, questionnaires, injury details, training goals, weight, height, date of birth and records of conversations and of agreements.
The following applies to website visitors (non-members):

We potentially share your personal data with other organisations under the following circumstances:
