Apex Athletics ApS, also referred to as “Apex Athletics”, “We, or “Our”, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. Apex Athletics only collects personal data that is used for a business purpose and is in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Legislation. The type of personal data that we collect about you, and the personal data you voluntarily provide to us on this website may include some or all of the following: Name, address, email address, phone number, and IP address.

We may also collect data based upon your purchases, payment transactions, subscriptions, gender, training program, competition information, questionnaires, injury details, training goals, weight, height, date of birth and records of conversations and of agreements.

The following applies to website visitors (non-members):

Who Do We Potentially Share Your Data With?

We potentially share your personal data with other organisations under the following circumstances:
